Payment
Our delivery drivers only carry up to £20 in change, payment must be in £ sterling.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit / Charge cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Debit Cards, such as Delta or Switch are accepted.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have
specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
In the event of Chop Wok Express needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.
Payment methods may vary from store to store.
Ordering & Cancellation of orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent. Guaranteed delivery time of one hour applies to Chop Wok Express Suffolk St only. Upon ordering the system will give you a delivery time of upto 1 hour and 10 minutes after the order placement time, given that the operating system can only calculate delivery slots in increments 10 minutes passed each hour. If your food is not delivered by that time slot, you will be credited the money you have paid for the cost of delivery, back to the card you have used to purchase it, which then brings an end to the transaction.
Amendments to the order or delivery time cannot be made.
Orders may be cancelled in full up no later than 10 mins after order placement.
We will endeavour to issue a refund to your credit card account within 7-10 working days.
Cancellations 10 mins after order placement time will be charged in full.
Products
Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, your local Chop Wok Express store manager will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.
Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts.
Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some products may contain traces of bone
Minimum order value applies. The minimum order value for each store may vary and you will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value.
Delivery times
Our goal is to provide the best Chop Wok Express meal delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery i.e. delivering Chop Wok Express meal at the time we quote. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this. Our standard delivery time is 60 mins from
placement of order. Your receipt will confirm when your order was placed.
Delivery Radius
Chop Wok Express will only deliver within a 2 mile radius of each store. Any deliveries outside of the 2 mile radius can only be agreed by the express permission of the duty manager and maybe subject to an additional charge.
Delivery Charge
We reserve the right to charge a delivery charge irrespective of distance, drive-time and order value.
The delivery charge will be calculated upon ordering online.
Latest Order Time
Due to licensing laws, we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 20 minutes before the stated closing time. We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time. Should you have any questions, please call the store and speak to the duty manager.
