The Chop & Wok Express App features an innovative loyalty scheme that lets you earn cash back on each & every order. Just follow the below simple steps to start earning today!

Step 1: Download our App

Download and install our new app. Just click the Download link below:

Step 2: Register an Account

Follow the onscreen instructions to register as a loyalty customer. Note you must be a registered customer to qualify for loyalty rewards

Step 3: Order from your favourite store

Place an order for collection OR delivery at your local branch. Earn points on each transaction.

  • Earn 5 Points for each £ spent
  • You can track your points balance in the App
  • You can earn points offline by flashing your unique QR code at checkout
  • *Minimum £1 spend required
  • *Points equate to 1p when converted. Points can’t be exchanged for cash and must be spent

Step 4: Convert points into a voucher

Points earned can be converted into REWARDS VOUCHERS in the app. E.g 100 Points converted to £1 or 500 Points converted to £5

Step 5: Spend Voucher

When ordering online you can add a REWARDS VOUCHER to your basket as part or whole payment for your order.

  • *Only a single voucher can be applied per transaction
  • *Vouchers must be used at full face value. Ie points/voucher money will not roll over after a transaction.
